All items are sent via Royal Mail tracked 48. Ready to ship items will be posted between 2-5 working days of the order being placed, for made to order items please allow 2 weeks although I will do my best to get your order ready as soon as possible!

 

Jewellery comes in an eco friendly Ennor branded jewellery box with a drawstring bag and jewellery care card.

Return & Exchange Policy

​You can return your items up to 30 days after you receive them, items must be in the same condition as received. You may opt for a full refund or exchange for another item of equal value. Please note that earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty.
